In 1991, Late Durga Prasad Rathi founded Sri Rathi Retail as a Stock Market Broker & Food Grain Whole-sale. But soon the Sad Demise of Late Durga Prasad Rathi was a shock for his both the Sons who were very young to handle the buisness at its early stage. But his both Son's Mr Rajesh Rathi(Elder son)B.SC & Mr.Rajeev Rathi(Younger)B.Comm from Kanpur University acted very Smatly and handled the situation. In its initial years it was renowned for its good customer feedback. Customers put their trust in and faith in conducting buisness with Sri Rathi Retail. Then through 2004 Sri Rathi Retail started import of computer pheripheral & Home Appliances.The trust which enabled a force came from the strong customer feedback which help in creating a huge base of customers.
